I have a love-hate relationship with Wasabi. I hate that I love it. It’s perfect for a stressful work lunchtime and it does consistently deliver a slightly above average level of satisfaction. Never stellar, but never disappointing. That’s Wasabi. My last menu sampling with the tofu curry with yaki soba. I mean, that doesn’t even make sense. There’s a cool amount of tofu in both the dishes and although it didn’t go well together, I was happy to have players from both fields. The noodles were a bit dry here, the curry was up to its usual standard. The tofu was in a way more enjoyable than the usual chicken options they dish out. Cheap eating, mostly satisfied. Full definitely.
