We popped into one of Wasabi branches in Soho. Wow, there’s so many of these stores. Wasabi offers sandwich shop styled-packages of sushi-type food. Due to the perpetual four degree weather I was drawn towards the hot food options, and went for the chicken katsu curry (£5.95) with Rob going for one of the chicken salad sets. I do love the presentations of the sushi here, everything is neatly packaged and you can get individual serves as well. But so much packaging. The style of the restaurant makes it a super quick food grab that suits a short length working lunch. I was quite happy with the curry here, and the packaging heaps keep the chicken crisp. Still not crunchy per se, but an alright execution for convenience store Japanese.
